Key Responsibilities:
Ensure workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are maintained.
Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
Assist with staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.




Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.

Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership and management experience.
Current retail pharmacy experience is essential.
Solid merchandising capabilities.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
Computer literacy; experience with POS Works POS system preferred
Dedicated work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
Robust business acumen and attention to detail.
