The Role:

n

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grounds and Gardens Officer to join our team on a full-time basis (76 hours per fortnight).

n

In this role you will:

n

Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens, lawns, pathways, landscaped areas, and outdoor environments across our aged care and retirement living community.

n

Play an key role in creating a safe, attractive, and welcoming workplace for our residents and visitors

n

About You:

n

We are looking for some who has:

n

At least 5 years' experience in commercial grounds and garden maintenance

n

Experience with irrigation systems, turf management, pruning, weed and pest control, and landscaping

n





Strong organisational and communication skills

n

A current Driver's Licence

n

A Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent

n

Experience in contract supervision or contractor management

n

Experience working within residential aged care facilities and retirement villages, healthcare settings or community services

n

Chemical users certificate or experience in pest and weed management

n

Experience with landscaping projects and grounds improvement initiatives

n
