BDM - Construction & Industrial

A fast-paced BDM chance with a well-established industrial equipment and services business, specialising in compressed air, power generation and site solutions for construction, infrastructure, mining and industrial customers.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Drive revenue across Sales, Service and Rental, consistently exceeding business targets.
n
Develop new business and key accounts across Construction, Mining, Manufacturing & Food & Beverage .
n
Identify and convert rental opportunities through customer engagement and site visits.
n
Deliver tailored engineered solutions for breakdowns, shutdowns and critical equipment requirements.
n
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting to drive sustainable growth.
n
Support the hire coordination, service delivery and branch operations.

About You

n

n
Proven sales experience, ideally within capital equipment, civil construction, industrial, or related sectors
n
Experience across capital equipment sales and hire is highly regarded
n
Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
n
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
n
A team-oriented team player who enjoys winning together rather than competing internally
