As the Production Supervisor, you will lead paint manufacturing operations across the Make and Fill areas, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production outcomes while maximising team productivity and optimising automated filling line performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Drive Safety by ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards, conducting risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and supporting OH&S; and environmental programs.
n
Lead and deliver the paint manufacturing plan across Make and Fill operations, ensuring production targets, OTIF performance, and optimal use of automated filling lines are achieved.
n
Manage and develop production teams through coaching, performance management, training, and workforce planning to maximise productivity and maintain high performance standards.
n
Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies eg. Kaizen, and root cause analysis to reduce downtime, improve processes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Improve operational efficiency and cost performance through maximising equipment effectiveness (OEE). Right first time performance and cost per litre.
n
Ensure effective communication and operational control across shifts and departments, maintaining housekeeping standards, supporting return-to-work processes, and driving accountability for production results

Have You Got What We're Looking For?

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
n
Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, including Standard Work and continuous improvement principles.
n
Experience working with automated filling, packaging and palletising equipment.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, change management and problem-solving skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to analyse operational performance and drive process improvements.
n
Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build solid relationships across all levels of the business
