The Chance
n
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business operating within the automotive manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will become part of a close-knit finance team and take on a broad range of responsibilities across the finance function.
n
The role will include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable responsibilities, alongside exposure to month-end activities and general accounting support. This would suit someone with solid Accounts Payable experience who is keen to broaden their skills and take on greater responsibility.

The Challenge
n
Reporting to the Financial Controller, some of your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable transactions, including supplier reconciliations and query resolution
n
Preparing customer invoices and credit notes, allocating cash and following up outstanding balances
n
Maintaining supplier and customer master data
n
Administering corporate credit card processes
n




Responding to supplier, customer and internal finance queries
n
Supporting month-end activities, audit and tax requests, and general finance reporting
n
Providing general finance and administrative support to the broader team
n
n
The Expertise
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
n
n
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar finance or Accounts Payable position
n
End-to-end Accounts Payable experience and an interest in developing broader finance skills
n
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
n
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Confidence communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
n
