Job Description
Harbord OOSH is seeking a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion to drive educational excellence, inclusion, and child wellbeing across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs.
You will partner with the Centre Director to strengthen educator capability and ensure programs reflect children's interests and diverse needs.
You'll mentor educators, review practice, and lead inclusion initiatives while ensuring MTOP alignment and high-quality educational programming.
