About the Role
AsService Co‐ordinator, you will own your portfolio in the engine room of the business.
You'll be responsible for keeping the day‐to‐day operation running smoothly and making sure ourproperty management clientsget consistent, reliable service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing scheduling of the trades
Overseeing scheduling, job flow and service delivery
Managing and supporting the customer service/scheduling team
Improving systems, processes and turnaround times
Monitoring KPIs around jobs, response times and client satisfaction
Increase client satisfaction and build real relationships with great people
Managing warehouse stock and purchasing materials
You will work closely with senior leadership and havereal influenceover how the business scales.
About You

Strong understanding of howPM departments operate
