CST Tax Advisors deliver specialist tax advice and chartered accounting services to private clients, family groups and SMEs with international focus.

Due to significant growth and recent clients we are seeking a competent Manager to assist usin managing workflow, delivering quality service to our clients and mentoring the team.

Duties and responsibilities
Prepare all types of financial statements andall types of tax returns
Work closely with your clients and have excellent communication with them
Manage your own client portfolio as well as managing team WIP, workflow and productivity.
Support and train other team members in our small, close-knit team
Manage the team's lodgement program

Skills and experience
You will be a confident, social and highly motivated individual. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as:
At least 5 to 7 years' experience in business services and minimum 2 years' experience as a manager
Interested in specialising in Tax,



particularly International Tax
Excellent written and oral communicator
Valuable team player, responsible personality, confident dealing with clients
Proven management skills, including experience in managing WIP, workflow, client expectations, productivity and job turnaround times
Assist and train junior team members
