BOOKINGS CO-ORDINATOR - Container Transport

Paddock to Port is a Container Management & Transport business based in the western suburbs of Melbourne. We offer a range of services for our clients, from container management to quarantine and warehousing.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a super motivated and relationship-focused Bookings Co-ordinator – Container Transport to join our transport team. In this role, you'll be responsible for co-ordinating bookings and managing customer relationships. You'll work closely with our fleet allocation team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, transport and freight bookings (data entry) and customer enquiries
Provide courteous, helpful and qualified service to our customers at all times
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients




Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of transport services
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system

About You
Previous experience in the transport industry in bookings and customer services
A proactive attitude with robust problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Highly organised with robust time management skills
Proven ability to multi-task
Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
