Harley & Sons Roofing is seeking a front-of-house representative in Melbourne to be the first voice customers hear and to support the on-the-road sales team. You will qualify inquiries, manage leads in our CRM, and schedule appointments for our field staff.

The role is fully office-based, offering a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm schedule with a solid emphasis on organisation, explicit communication, and customer care within a welcoming team culture.
