Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking 2 x Data Entry Officers to join our client, a large and well-established construction materials manufacturer based in Redcliffe. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, has robust attention to detail and looking for an immediate start in an ongoing role.

About the Role:

Working within the administration team, your primary responsibility will be to update and edit existing customer orders within the system. Sales representatives will provide the required changes, and you will accurately enter the updated information into the system.
Updating existing sales orders with new information
Accurately entering data into the Universe system
Reviewing information for accuracy and completeness
Working closely with the sales team to process requested changes




General administration and data entry duties as required

About You:
Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Is confident working with computer systems
Can work efficiently in a repetitive, process-driven setting
Has good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
Is available for an ASAP start
Full Australian working rights
Car and license to get to and fro work

Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour + super
Hours: 8:00am/8:30am - 4:00pm/4:30pm
Start: ASAP
