The Role
n
As a key member of our rental department, you'll take ownership of a portfolio while building robust, lasting relationships with rental providers and renters.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing your property portfolio from day to day
n
Monitoring rent arrears, maintenance and compliance
n
Building and nurturing strong client relationships
n
Liaising with rental providers and renters to ensure properties are managed smoothly and efficiently
n
Conducting routine and final inspections
n
Negotiating lease renewals and rent increases
n
Negotiating bond releases
n
Representing rental providers at VCAT, where required
n
Providing a consistently high level of customer service
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding results for their clients.
n
You will have:
n
n
At least2 years' experienceas a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Robust attention to detail and time-management skills
n
In-depth knowledge of the Victorian real estate market, legislation and compliance requirements
n
A currentAgent's Representative Certificate
n
Basic knowledge ofPropertyMeis favourable
n
A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service
n
A valid driver's licence.
n
