energySEA is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the development of accurate, compliant tender submissions for high‑voltage infrastructure projects (33kV and above). You will coordinate clients, engineering teams, vendors and subcontractors to maximise win probability and ensure proper pricing and scope definition.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in bid management within an EPC setting, familiarity with HV equipment, and a robust ability to manage complex RFQs, documents and cost estimates.
