Contract: Contract position – for the duration of the project

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major large-scale infrastructure project in Newcastle, NSW .

This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects , particularly those with experience delivering fast-track and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage General Contractors, HV Contractors and consultants .
Oversee construction, fit-out, scope, quality, budget and schedule.
Coordinate Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE).
Manage design issues, trade letting, claims and variations.




Coordinate commissioning and project handover.
Drive project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

About You
7–9+ years of construction/project delivery experience.
Experience in construction, infrastructure or data centres .
Hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable
Solid GC, contractor, commercial and stakeholder management experience.
HV/electrical infrastructure experience advantageous.
Proactive “get things done” approach with solid communication skills.
