About the Role

n

Join our Doveton team to deliver Inclusive Employment Australia support across the Monash region. You'll help participants prepare for, find and maintain work through tailored coaching, practical job-search support and trusted relationships. Regular travel to Frankston and Koo Wee Rup is required.

Duties

Support participants to identify goals and employment pathways
n
Prepare participants for applications, interviews and workplace transitions
n
Build trusted relationships and provide tailored coaching
n
Connect participants with suitable employment opportunities
n
Support participants to maintain work and navigate barriers
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Previous IEA or disability employment-services experience required
n




Relevant Certificate III/IV or equivalent practical experience
n
Strong relationship-building and participant communication skills
n
Confident supporting people from diverse backgrounds
n
Comfortable travelling across Doveton, Frankston and Koo Wee Rup
n
