Job Description
DFP Recruitment is seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer for a 12-month contract in a busy, participant-focused workplace.
You will be a key contact for participants and stakeholders, delivering high-quality support in person, by phone, and in writing.
Key responsibilities include front-of-house duties, managing inquiries, data entry, and coordinating appointments while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
A strong customer service mindset and attention to detail are essential.
