Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Process Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program supporting the implementation of recent Service Management capabilities within a complex workplace.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and delivery teams to analyse, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across key operational domains.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
n
Analyse and document current and future state processes.
n
Develop process maps and business documentation using Visio.
n
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
n
Support business process validation, testing and user acceptance activities.
n
Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
n
Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives involving operational process redesign.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
Proven Process Analyst, Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience.
n
Strong telecommunications industry experience.
n
Solid process modelling and documentation capability using Visio.
n
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
n
Experience supporting transformation or system implementation programs.
n
Active NV1 security clearance.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
ServiceNow experience.
n
FSM, TSM or SOMT exposure.
n
Telecommunications transformation program experience.
n
Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks.
n
