Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher to join our beautiful, purpose-built centre at Harpley Werribee that is opening soon!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, reflective and relational Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and delivering a high-quality funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program.
You will play an important role in establishing and delivering a nurturing, engaging and inclusive kindergarten program, while building genuine relationships with children, families and your fellow educators.

The Opportunity
As our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher, you will:
Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program
Develop and implement an engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Aspire's Connect, Learn, Grow framework
Create a welcoming,



inclusive and engaging learning environment for children
Build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with educators and Centre Leadership to support children's learning and development
Maintain strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation requirements
Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour guidance strategies
Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
Contribute to a positive team culture and support the ongoing development of the kindergarten program
Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days
About You
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who has:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
CurrentVIT registration(provisional or full) – essential
2 years' proven experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher
Experience deliveringfunded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten programs
Strong understanding of the EYLF and contemporary early childhood practices
Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
A confident, reflective and relational teaching style
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills




A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
A team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate with educators and Centre Leadership
Flexible availability across a rotating roster
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
