Skilled Physical Therapy is seeking a Hospital Billing & Claims Specialist for a full-time hybrid role.
You will submit institutional and professional claims, review edits, and collaborate with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure accurate reimbursement.
You will work with UB-04 and CMS-**** billing, verify eligibility, and transmit claims.
Proficiency with the Raintree EMR is required, with HIPAA compliance and strong attention to detail.
