Job Description
A great opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow specialist who wants to remain hands-on while taking broader ownership of an enterprise platform.
Following a major ServiceNow implementation, the organisation is moving into its next phase of platform maturity.
Working in a small internal ServiceNow team, you'll support the platform day-to-day while also owning the roadmap, backlog, governance and continuous improvement.
This is not a purely strategic Product Manager role.
You'll be working directly in ServiceNow, troubleshooting issues, supporting BAU, delivering configuration and enhancements, and working with the business to improve how the platform is used.
The role
Provide hands-on ServiceNow support, troubleshooting, configuration and enhancements
Own the platform roadmap, backlog and prioritisation
Work with business stakeholders to improve workflows and platform adoption
Manage platform governance,



upgrades, standards and continuous improvement
Work closely with Agile delivery teams and external ServiceNow partners
Balance day-to-day platform support with longer-term priorities
About you
You may currently be a ServiceNow Product Manager, Platform Owner, Platform Lead, Senior Administrator or similar.
You'll bring:
Strong hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience
Experience supporting an enterprise ServiceNow environment
Strong ITSM and workflow knowledge
Experience with platform governance, upgrades and continuous improvement
Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver practical platform enhancements
Solid stakeholder skills and the ability to work across technology and the business
