Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Sales Consultant to join the team.
The role includes:
Prepare sales appraisal and listing
Following up with potential buyers
Proactively sell, negotiate and close a residential property sale
Organise inspections & photo shoots
Interaction with vendors & buyers
The successful candidate is:
A Residential Sales Consultant with minimum 1 year experience
A positive skilled, who enjoys working in a team
Well presented and corporately groomed
Desire and determination for success
An outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
Able to provide a high level of customer service to both vendors and purchasers
An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate and drivers license.
Experienced in RP Office but not essential
Able to work on Saturday
Ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 pm Saturday 10am - 2PM
