This is a senior, cross-channel role with a proper mix of strategy, team leaderhip, client mamagement and new business.

This person will own strategy and delivery across paid social, paid search and programmatic (YouTube, CTV, OOH and DOOH in the mix), lead and grow the team, and be a key contact for clients. There's a commercial side too, capacity planning, resourcing, and getting stuck into new business

What you'd be doing:
Owning strategy and delivery across paid social, search and programmatic




Leading and developing the team
Running senior client relationships day to day
Getting into new business and shaping how the offering grows

Ideal background
seasoned experience in paid media, strong across social, search and programmatic
Agency experience (essential)
Proven experience leading a team
Solid on data, big budgets and optimisation
Confident with clients and up for the commercial side
