ABOUT THE VENUE
In December ****, the esteemed restaurateurs behind Marameo and Il Bacaro opened Bar Sophia – a relaxed and exclusive neighbourhood bar and dining spot inspired by the new-wave wine bars of Athens – nestled in the leafy surrounds of Central Park Village.
THE ROLE
Supports kitchen setup and daily operational activities
Ensures the kitchen consistently meets and surpasses top-quality standards
Collaborates with the Head Chef on menu innovation and updates
Consistently achieve the same standard of taste, quality, and presentation in every dish.
Potential for professional growth and skill development in a professional kitchen setting
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience
Robust communicator with a team-oriented mindset
Strong knowledge and expertise in food safety protocols and kitchen practices
Exceptional skills in managing time and multitasking efficiently
