carpenter/maintenance
person required for general maintenance and repairs across various CBD locations. Approximately 3 days per week or as required, with flexible schedule and ongoing work available.

About you
n
Carpentry and general maintenance experience, including plastering and painting
n
Reliable, practical and able to work independently
n
Own tools
n
ABN preferred
n
Adherence to maintenance, safety and security procedures
n
Prompt, courteous and professional service when dealing with high-end tenants
n
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
References required
