You will contribute to resident wellbeing by delivering and supporting diversional therapy activities tailored to individual and group needs.

You will support the smooth operation of the unit by following procedures, assisting colleagues, and using equipment and systems effectively.

You will maintain a protected, respectful, and positive environment by adhering to WHS requirements, protecting confidentiality, and contributing to a strong team culture.

You will work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary professionals in a structured environment that values teamwork, respect, and high-quality care, while building your skills in direct care and resident support.
