The Role

We are looking for quality and talented Sommelier's, Wait Staff and Hosts to join our teams on a full-time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is an chance to join at different levels in Narooma. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career.

To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:

n

n
2+ years relevant experience in the industry
n
Confident with customer engagement; including greeting guests, ability to learn and discuss food and beverage menu, taking orders and serving guest
n
Previous experience in a quick -paced restaurant, bistro, or hotel
n
Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff
n




Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables in one service, and pre-empting the guests needs
n
