Job Description

WE THE PEOPLE is seeking a Head of Operations on a 12-month contract, with full time or 4-days-per-week options, based in Melbourne. You will lead the operational engine, optimise resources, and drive scalable processes to support growth and profitability across our APAC footprint.

In this senior role you will partner with the MD, Finance and People & Culture to forecast demand, improve delivery efficiency, and build dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
