About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Registered Roof Plumber & All-Rounder to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail and can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
n
Our work is primarily across Melbourne's south-east and eastern suburbs, working with established volume builders on residential projects.
n
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering quality roof plumbing and roofing works, identifying and resolving issues on-site, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Installation, repair and maintenance ofmetal roofing, gutters, flashings, cappings and downpipes
n
Conduct roof inspections, fault finding and leak detection
n
Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
n
Apply a solid understanding of current plumbing standards and NCC requirements
n
Complete all works to a high standard and within required timeframes
n
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations and site requirements
n
Work safely and efficiently at heights
n
Liaise professionally with builders, site supervisors, clients and team members
n




Diagnose and resolve roofing and roof plumbing issues
n
Measure, cut and install roofing and plumbing materials accurately
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite
n
Assist with a variety of general roofing and roof plumbing tasks as required
n
Work independently and take ownership of assigned jobs from start to completion
n

Requirements
n
n
Current Roof Plumbing Registration
n
Several years of proven experience in residential roofing and roof plumbing
n
Strong experience with metal roofing, gutters, downpipes and flashings
n
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials and installation methods
n
Sound understanding of current plumbing standards and NCC regulations
n
Experience with roof inspections, fault finding and leak detectionAbility to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently on-site
n
A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with builders and site supervisors
n
Valid driver's licence
