Meriton Suites currently has an opportunity available for a Assistant Night Manager to join our dynamic Melbourne property.

About the Role
n
As the Assistant Night Manager you will support the Night Manager to represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Hotel Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff.
n
Your Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Support Night Manager in overall supervision of the hotel
n
Solely represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Night Manager's days off
n
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and colleagues
n
Greeting and welcoming our guests
n
Management and training of staff
n
Check-in and check-out of guests
n
Complaint handling and resolution
n
Ensuring relevant front desk tasks are actioned and completed
n
Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups if required
n
Preparation and set up for the following day
n
Guest accounting
n
Auditing
n
Occasional covering of AM/PM shifts when required
n
