FEMALE PLUMBING APPRENTICE – ALL YEAR LEVELS

Pivot City Plumbing is looking for a motivated female plumbing apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team.
n
Whether you're ready to begin your first year or you've already started your apprenticeship, we'd love to hear from you.
n
This is a full-time opportunity to learn from experienced plumbers, develop practical skills and build a long-term career in the plumbing industry. You'll gain experience across varied local work rather than doing the same task every day.
n
No previous plumbing experience is required for a first-year applicant. We're primarily looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the trade.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Working alongside our qualified plumbers, you'll learn and assist with:
n
n
General plumbing maintenance and repairs
n
Residential and commercial plumbing
n
Drainage and blocked-drain work
n
Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures
n
Renovations and larger plumbing projects
n
Identifying plumbing problems and learning how to resolve them
n
Communicating professionally with customers
n
Maintaining clean and secure vehicles, tools and work areas
n
Completing the required trade training and coursework
n

ABOUT YOU
n
We're looking for someone who:

Is genuinely interested in becoming a qualified plumber

Enjoys practical, hands‐on work
n
Is reliable, punctual and ready to learn
n
Has a positive attitude and works well within a team
n
Takes pride in doing things properly
n
Can listen to instructions while gradually developing initiative
n
Communicates respectfully with customers and coworkers
n
Understands the importance of workplace safety
n
Holds, or is working towards obtaining, a current driver's licence
n
n
A plumbing pre‐apprenticeship or previous industry experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Applications are welcome from female apprentices at any year level.
