About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Residential Construction Estimator to join our team, reporting to the Residential Operations Manager. You will manage cost estimation across both investment and custom build projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan & Document Interpretation: Interpret plans, specs, and documents to deliver accurate project cost estimates.
n
Procurement & Negotiation: Build strong trade/supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing.
n
Order Management: Issue and review purchase orders, variations, and trade correspondence.
n
Scheduling:



Coordinate specialist trades and materials to maintain project timelines.
n

Key Attributes & Qualifications
n
n
Experience: 5+ years estimating in residential construction (custom, investment, single/multi-res).
n
Education: Qualifications in Estimating or Building & Construction
(Degree/Diploma/Cert
IV preferred).
n
Software: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Onsite Companion, Databuild, or Cubit is a plus.
n
Technical Knowledge: Strong plan reading, numeracy, WHS, and legislative compliance knowledge.
n
Soft Skills: Problem-solver, autonomous, and a strong
collaborator/negotiator.
