An established and growing property services business is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join its expanding team.

About the Role
n
Working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance crew while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead, mentor and support a landscape maintenance team
n
Work closely with management, team members and clients
n
Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services across multiple sites
n
Complete job reports and identify maintenance improvements
n
Conduct audits on new and existing maintenance projects
n
Provide effective on-site problem solving and quality control
n
Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and mulching
n
Weed and pest management
n
Irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance (highly regarded)
n
n

Experience leading or supervising a small team

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
