This firm is growing rapidly and is seeking a well-rounded Senior Accountant, or Assistant Manager to assist with an ever growing client base. This role offers an exciting prospect for someone who loves working in a boutique yet growing setting, but likes to partner with large clients.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on regional businesses
n
Oversee tax compliance and planning/advisory for individuals and businesses
n
Oversee junior staff while being supported by the director
n
Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives
n
Partner with the Melbourne office on certain engagements
n

n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

n

n
4+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
n
CA or CPA qualifications
n
Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services (or wanting to learn)
n
A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
n

n
