As a Senior Property Officer, you’ll provide trusted commercial property advice that helps the business make smart decisions about land acquisition and access.

Key responsibilities n

You’ll play a key role in securing value for money, managing prospects and supporting the organisation’s strategic priorities and key business activities.

Lead the timely acquisition of land and land interests needed to support the delivery of major projects.
n
Provide expert property advice to project teams and help develop and deliver effective land acquisition strategies.
n
Provide strategic advice on land access to help projects progress smoothly and stay on track.
