Your Mind Matters Psychology Services – Notting Hill VIC

n

Psychologist — Versatile Private Practice, Your Choice of Arrangement

n

Your Mind Matters Psychology Services (YMM) is a group private practice in Notting Hill, in Melbourne's southeast, with an established, active referral network across Glen Waverley, Clayton, Oakleigh, Mulgrave, Wheelers Hill, and surrounding suburbs. We're looking for a fully qualified, AHPRA-registered Psychologist to join us, with the flexibility to choose the arrangement that suits how you want to practise.

n

Two Ways to Work With Us

n

Services & Facilities:

n

You set your own fees and collect payment directly from your clients. At month's end, we invoice 40% of billings received (plus GST), with reception, administrative support, and consulting rooms provided, ideal if you're growing a caseload or want day-to-day admin taken care of.

n

Room Rental Only:

n

A straightforward room hire arrangement if you already run your own admin and simply need a well-located, professional space.

n

Hourly (casual): $30 + GST

n

Adaptable Room Availability

n

Full day, half day, or hourly casual bookings, weekdays

n

Weekends available (room only, no on-site administrative support)

n

Why Psychologists Choose YMM

n

We'll actively advise our established GP, paediatrician, and allied health network of your availability, giving your caseload an initial boost

n

Your systems, your way: bring the practice management software you already know, or leverage ours, we use Zanda and can have your billing and admin sorted from day one

n

Modern, warm consulting rooms in a well-regarded, collegial practice setting

n

What We're Looking For

n

Fully qualified Psychologist with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration

n

Comfortable working as an independent practitioner under either arrangement above

n

We'd love to hear from psychologists at any career stage, whether you're building a recent caseload or bringing an established one with you.
