The Opportunity:
n
As a Lifeguard and Customer Service Officer, you'll superviseall patrons in the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. You'll beresponsible for providing a high level of quality service at reception and overthe telephone. You'll also be part of various daily activities involved in the day-to-daycustomer service operations.
n
This is a casual position, with varied,seasonal hours during the Orbost Outdoor Pool's opening season. For the ******* season the pool will be open from 1 November ********* March ****.

We're looking for someone who can:
n
n
Deliverfriendly, helpful customer service and handle conflicts with patrons in a calmand respectful way.
n
Maintain aneat and skilled appearance while on duty.
n




Understanding anduse of point-of-sale systems with knowledge of club membership processes.
n
Work well aspart of a team, follow policies and procedures and support a positive
workplaceenvironment.
n
n
You must have the following
qualifications/licenses
before you start:

Employee Working withChildren Check
n
First Aid and CPR
n
Current PoolLifeguard certificate
n
n
Applicants must be at least 16 yearsold and legally able to work in Australia.
