THE ROLE
n
As a Performance Coach, you'll be at the heart of the Saint Haven member experience, delivering highly personalised, evidence-based training designed to optimise performance, longevity and wellbeing.
n
You'll work alongside our Performance, Nutrition, Physio, Therapies and Spirit teams to create a truly integrated approach to each member's health and performance.
n
WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
n
Deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group training sessions
n
Conduct movement, performance and lifestyle assessments
n
Build progressive, data-led training programs
n
Track member progress and deliver measurable results
n
Develop nutrition guidance alongside our Nutrition team
n
Collaborate across our integrated wellness disciplines
n
Maintain member records and performance data
n
Participate in coaching education, masterclasses and professional development




n
Help deliver the exceptional, high-touch Saint Haven experience
n
n
WHAT YOU BRING
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sport or Applied Physiology
n
3+ years' experience in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning or Applied Sport Science
n
Certificate IV in Fitness or higher, recognised by Fitness Australia / ASCA
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
A genuine passion for performance, longevity and elevated wellness
n
Exceptional communication, coaching and member experience skills
n
