Job Description
Acan Group is a growing facility services company providing commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, hospitality cleaning, property maintenance and specialised cleaning services across Melbourne. We are seeking a confident, motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, manage sales opportunities and help expand our client portfolio. This is a hands-on sales position suitable for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, approaching prospective clients, following up quotations and converting opportunities into new contracts.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective commercial clients.
n
Make outbound sales calls and send business introduction emails.
n
Develop opportunities with builders, hotels, property managers, owners corporations and facility managers.
n
Research upcoming construction projects, tenders and contract opportunities.
n
Respond to incoming sales enquiries.
n
Arrange client meetings and site inspections.
n
Prepare and send quotations, proposals and company information.
n
Consistently follow up outstanding quotations and sales opportunities.
n




Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
n
Maintain accurate lead, quotation and follow-up information in the company CRM.

About you

Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
n
Confidence in making outbound sales calls and approaching new clients.
n
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Professional spoken and written English.
n
The ability to prepare clear emails, proposals and follow-up correspondence.
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
n
A proactive approach and the ability to work without constant supervision.
n
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
n
A target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
