About this Role
n
This is a hands‐on role where you'll work closely with internal teams, designers and customers to turn ideas into successful products.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Identify gaps and opportunities across residential, commercial and trade markets
n
Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritise new ranges, colours, formats, finishes and applications
n
Lead new product concepts from initial idea through sampling, development, launch
n
Translate trends into commercially viable tile collections & compelling market propositions
n
Lead photography, catalogues, samples, displays, digital content, social and sales campaigns
n
Develop product positioning, training, messaging and launch campaigns
n
Identify underperforming products and recommend changes, repositioning or rationalisation
n
Work closely with sales teams and customers to gather feedback and improve future products
n

About You
n




You might currently be working in product management, product development, brand, innovation, marketing – but what matters most is your ability to connect the dots across the entire product lifecycle.
n
Experience in a design‐led physical product category such as tiles, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, building products, interiors would be highly regarded.
n

Have an eye for design and trends
n
Customer‐focused with a genuine passion for providing excellent service
n
Understand how to identify opportunities and develop value that solve customer needs
n
Commercial instinct - great products need to perform commercially
n
Brand awareness – develop a compelling proposition and story around a product or collection
n
Strong collaboration skills and work effectively with different stakeholders
n
Organised, proactive and comfortable taking an idea through to execution
