Kyogle Memorial Hospital is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team in this rural NSW setting on a four-week contract. Based in the Northern Rivers region, this role offers the chance to bring senior clinical leadership and emergency expertise to a community-focused healthcare environment. Preferred Requirements

Proven experience working as a Senior Registered Nurse in an emergency department
n
Demonstrated triage experience and competence in emergency nursing assessment
n
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
n
Established in-charge experience with the ability to lead and coordinate emergency care
n
Strong clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing
n
Additional certifications in trauma or critical care nursing are advantageous
