Supervisorswith current S26 requirements to join our team supporting consistent, ongoing works in the South West region of WA.
n
Offering a 1 week on / 1 week off roster, these positions are suited to experienced Access leaders who live locally in the South West and want consistent DIDO work closer to home.
n
You'll be responsible for leading scaffolding crews in the field, coordinating daily activities and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
n
To be considered, you must meet the S26 requirements and have a permanent Point of Hire within the South West region of WA that supports DIDO travel to and from site.

The Role
n
n
Provide frontline leadership and supervision of scaffolding crews.
n
Coordinate daily work fronts, priorities and resource requirements.
n
Plan and allocate work to ensure safe and efficient execution.
n
Conduct pre-starts and communicate daily expectations to the crew.
n
Monitor productivity, progress and performance against planned activities.
n
Work closely with site leadership, planners and other disciplines to coordinate work.
n
Ensure scaffolding activities comply with relevant procedures, standards and legislative requirements.
n
Maintain a strong field presence and actively promote safe work practices.
n
Identify and escalation operational, safety and resourcing issues.
n
Support workforce development, coaching and performance of scaffold crews.
n




Complete required site documentation, reporting and handovers.

What You'll Need
n
n
S26 statutory supervisor requirements – mandatory
n
Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
n
Demonstrated experience supervising scaffolding crews within mining, maintenance or shutdown environments.
n
Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, safe work practices and operational requirements.
n
Proven ability to plan, coordinate and lead multiple work fronts.
n
Strong safety leadership and commitment to quality execution.
n
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational workplace.
n
Permanent Point of Hire within the South West region of WA.
n
