An established residential aged care provider is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a well-established medium-sized aged care home in Colac.

This is a genuine relocation opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse and Facility Manager looking to make a long-term move to regional Victoria. Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate.

About you

We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take ownership of a service and make a genuine impact.

n

You will have:

Current Registered Nurse registration – essential
n
Proven Facility Manager experience within residential aged care
n
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance and quality Proven people leadership and team management skills
n
A hands-on and visible leadership style
n
Confidence working within a regional environment
n
Genuine interest in relocating to and becoming part of a regional community
n
