Our client is an established, personable family-law practice based at a prestigious Collins Street location, Melbourne CBD.

We are seeking a Family Lawyer with at least 4 years' post-admission experience (PAE) to manage matters with genuine autonomy while working directly with an experienced Accredited Specialist.

The role

Advising on parenting and property matters
n
Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
n
Negotiating and resolving disputes
n
Appearing in court and conducting litigation
n




Managing files from instruction through to resolution
n
Providing practical, commercially sensible advice
n
Building strong client relationships
n

About you

n

You will:

n

n
Have at least 4 years' PAE, predominantly in family law
n
Be capable of running your own files
n
Have strong drafting, communication and analytical skills
n
Have court and advocacy experience, or a strong desire to develop it
n
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
n
Take pride in client service
n
Work confidently and autonomously
n
Be ambitious about developing your family-law career
