They're now on the lookout for a Property Manager to take ownership of a well-supported, local portfolio and join their cooperative, high-performing team.

This is a role built for balance with no Saturdays, flexible schedule and genuine support from a strong team structure that allows you to focus on what you do best.

Manage a local portfolio of 160–180 properties
n
VA, Leasing and Inspections support
n
Monday to Friday only, no weekend work

1 Day WFH
n
Salary up to $90K + Super + Bonuses

Company car available for work use

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Min 2 years experience as a Senior/Property Manager
n
Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
n
Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
n
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
n
Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
n
Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
