Job Description
This role offers a unique blend of finance, pricing, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to support business performance and profitability.

You'll play a key role in managing commercial incentives, pricing governance and reporting, while helping drive process improvements across the function.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts and commercial agreements
n
Oversee incentive, rebate and accrual processes, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
n
Support pricing governance through analysis and review of pricing requests
n
Prepare and distribute regular pricing, margin and commercial performance reports
n
Maintain and enhance Power BI reporting and dashboards
n
Partner with Sales, Finance and operational teams to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
n
Assist with SOX compliance,



internal controls and audit requirements
n
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
n
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and standardisation
n

About You
n
n
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
n
CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is advantageous
n
Power BI experience will be highly regarded
n
Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or similar role
n
Robust Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets
n
