Your Role Will Include:
n

Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
n
Providing emotional support and companionship
n
Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
n
Maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals
n
n
What You'll Need:
n
n
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or cert IV in Disability
n
Experience in disability or aged care
n
Diabetes management experience
n
A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
n
NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check
n
Right to work in Australia
n
