The Opportunity
n
We're looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our People & Experience team and support recruitment across the Versatile Group.
n
This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who loves the phones, enjoys speaking to people and gets a buzz from finding great talent.
n
You'll recruit across a broad mix of construction, engineering, property and corporate roles, supporting our businesses and projects across NSW, QLD and WA.
n
Working alongside a highly experienced recruiter, you'll have the chance to learn the full recruitment lifecycle - from senior-level headhunting and contingent recruitment to stakeholder management, candidate engagement and talent attraction.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Manage recruitment across multiple businesses within the Versatile Group
n
Spend plenty of time on the phone connecting with candidates and building relationships
n
Proactively source and headhunt talent through LinkedIn, SEEK,



referrals, networking and direct outreach
n
Recruit across roles including Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Contracts Administrators, Services Engineers, Safety professionals and corporate positions
n
Screen and interview candidates and manage references, offers and onboarding
n
Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams and talent requirements
n
Build strong pipelines for current and future opportunities
n
Support internal referral and talent attraction initiatives
n
Get out into the business through regular office and project site visits
n
Deliver a great candidate experience from first conversation through to commencement
n
