Joinery/Cabinet Making Factory Site Manager
Prime Kitchens Group is a Cabinet Maker based in Campbellfield.
Our young and experienced team creates joinery, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and robes for reputable domestic builders and homeowners.
An opportunity is now available for a highly motivated full-time Joinery Factory Foreman to join our experienced and professional team.
This position is ideal for a candidate with a background in joinery/cabinet making and prior experience as a factory foreman, or for someone who is seeking to advance into a factory foreman role.
Primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Operating CNC, EdgeBander and panel saw machines
Reading and interpreting plans and blueprints
Supervising the assembly team and assembly process
Managing the workflow and production schedule
Training and mentoring current employees in the factory
Ensuring that safety protocols are followed by all workers in the factory




Maintaining all machines and equipment in good working condition
The successful candidate will have
At least 10 years of experience in cabinet making and CNC machine operation
At least 2 years of experience supervising factory-floor staff, including assigning tasks and coordinating workflow
Knowledge of plans, blueprints, and specifications
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
Forklift driving licence
While experience with CabMaster Software is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for the position
