Your Role
Assisting the surgical dentist during theatre procedures, with a strong focus on full arch treatments (preferred)
Supporting our OHT during routine hygiene appointments
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments to protocol
Assisting with dental radiographs (x-rays)
Educating patients on oral hygiene and aftercare
Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with scheduling





You will be fully supported by very experienced clinicians and a friendly team who are committed to helping you grow your skills and confidence — no one is left on their own.

What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally with exposure to dental implant procedures.
However, complete beginners are welcome — the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are even more key.
Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilisation workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)

This role is full time employment & Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this role.
