What You'll Be Doing:

Provide one-on-one assistance to participants in their homes and communities.
n
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks.
n




Support individuals in building life skills and participating in their communities.
n
Help manage appointments, shopping, and social outings.
n
Promote independent living by assisting with routines, household management, and personal care.
n
Encourage a positive communal setting, resolving conflicts and fostering cooperation.
n
Support participants in accessing services and engaging in community activities.
n
Monitor well-being and provide guidance on maintaining a protected and structured home life.
